Refund Process

Once we receive the returned goods, we will initiate a refund within 10 days. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 10 days

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

Non-returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for the following:

• Items made to your specifications or personalized

• Perishable goods or items with an expired date

• Unsealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

• Items that are inseparably mixed with others after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of returning the items. Please return your goods to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the item or valid proof of return.
